Quotes, Messages, Fulfilments, Acknowledgements and Invoice
EDI covers the exchange of electronic messages such as orders and invoices between trading partners, such as libraries and library stock suppliers. Note that EDI should be about computer to computer communication without any human intervention.
Ulverscroft Large Print Books Ltd. and Magna Large Print Books Ltd. are both able to work with library authorities to achieve their EDI requirements. Whether this is a simple placement of orders by EDI or the complete process through to EDI invoices.
Both companies are live with various UK authorities through the following LMS suppliers:-
Ulverscroft Group is a member of the Capita Talis Partnership Programme and is fully accredited with Capita Talis.
You will also receive EDI Quotes for orders placed via our website or at any of our regional showrooms once your EDI account with us is live for Quotes. Once you are set up for EDI ordering then all replacement cassette, CD and MP3 CD orders are fully EDI compatible when ordered through our website.
Ulverscroft Large Print Books Ltd. and Magna Large Print Books are able to supply, encode and apply RFID tags (ISO28560) either with basic barcode information, or including overprinting of Grid Stamp/Ownership Label.

All of our MARC records are created in-house and are emailed directly to our customers (there is no need for individuals to download from our website).
